RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Danú Aesthetics. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Return Process: If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personalized items, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about specific items.
Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, with all tags and in its original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
